Great hotel with great cleaning service, location and whirlpool. I have been in 4 star hotels that were much worse than this. Totally would recommend.

Great hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The location is really great, although the cheap parking options could be better. But you are right on the beach and centrally in the city. There is also a mega pool on the roof, which we had all to ourselves at lunchtime. There you have a beautiful view over the roofs and out to sea. The service was very nice.
The location, the environment, very modern and clean rooms, the treatment of the receptionist... make the stay in Nerja fabulous. I will repeat without a doubt.
Very well located in the heart of the center, literally 1 minute walk from the Balcony of Europe. The attention of the receptionists was very good and the details of the room were appreciated. It was very well soundproofed. We have felt at home.
I was with my boyfriend the weekend of August 11 and, without a doubt, they received us wonderfully. The treatment of the man at the reception was magnificent; He is quite friendly and showed us the terrace from where we could see the Balcony of Europe perfectly. The room was incredibly perfect. Very happy with the hotel in general.

During the days that I have spent with my partner, we have found ourselves very comfortable in the hostel. Very good and clean facilities as well as excellent treatment. Especially Rodolfo, the guy at the reception. He always welcomed us in a very pleasant and friendly way. He took great care of us from start to finish. He has earned our friendship.
We stayed there for 2 days and it was exceptional! Very clean and right near the beach and on the market area!
The spa on the terrance was such a great touch , not too hot for the already hot temperatures!
All the workers were very nice and welcoming and answered all our questions , they also kept our luggage for 6 hours which was appreciated! Feels more like a hotel if you ask me 👍

We stayed 3 nights and it was fantastic. Everything very clean, new and very well equipped rooms in the center of Nerja.
It's a perfect place. Location, facilities, cleanliness... Rodolfo took great care of us. I wish there were more people like him at the service of a hotel. Attentive, friendly..... We will return without a doubt.

However, what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by Soto at the reception. Soto was incredibly caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and valued as a guest. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests truly made a difference.

Balcón de Europa Parking, a covered parking located in Plaza de España.
Carabeo Parking, an uncovered parking located in Prolongación Hernando de Carabeo.
Both are about 100 meters from the establishment. There are also some more parking lots nearby and since Nerja is very small, any other parking lot will surely be suitable. Additionally, you can also find parking on nearby streets; street parking is free. Just keep in mind not to park in the yellow zone, which is exclusively reserved for loading and unloading or for people with reduced mobility."

Parking is 20 euros for overnight parking.
The hotel will confirm your identity by email a few days in advance, and you will receive an access key via email, which will allow you to enter the entrance and into your room.
I was disappointed that I couldn't get into the pool because I didn't know the access key, but other than that, it's a great memory!
I got a room with a city view, and the view from the window was just like the photo.
Charging was also very convenient as it was USB type!
Coffee and tea were also available ^^
Accommodation costs are cheap, and it couldn't be better!

We stayed here recently and what a gem! the location was excellent, it is a brand new establishment and spotlessly clean. Nothing was an issue to the cleaners or the guys on reception, everyone was so nice! would definitely stay again.. I think an addition to the hotel would be to have a room for those on later flights to change and maybe shower, although I have to say we were accommodated as much as they could - thanks to all in HC Calahonda.
The hotel is clean, and comfortable, has very friendly staff, the room is brand-new, and the services are great, they offer a rooftop to have your sunbath with a jacuzzi.
What a fabulous find. Absolutely perfect location, right in the middle of the main part of Nerja, hotel completed to a high standard and immaculately clean. Roof top terrace and spa superb feature looking out to the bustling Balcon promenade and sea. We will definitely be back
We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March, the reception staff were very nice, polite, always fast and helpful. The advantage is that they speak English. The rooms are new, clean, beautiful. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel's excellent location, in the center, close to the beach, cafes and shops, which is also very convenient.
